LAYBUY now available!

This is good, old fashioned laybuy, where you choose your items, we lay them aside for you, you pay off the total in installments, and when the order is paid for in full, we send your order out to you, or you can pop by and pick them up. Easy peasy.

Laybuy can be applied to all orders (including clearance items and sales). You simply pay an initial 20% non-refundable deposit on your order, then stagger the rest of the payments over 6 weeks, until the full balance is received. Then we will send your beautiful new pieces to you!

It’s a great way to grab any new items before they sell out in your size, or work towards a special piece (or pieces!) as you can manage.

The finer details…

• Upon entering your payment details, select ‘LAYBUY’ for payment type.
• We will email you an order summary with the information you need: the minimum of 20% deposit required (non-refundable), the laybuy end date and our payment details
• Pay your deposit within 3 days via bank transfer or Paypal, quoting your name as a reference
• Remember to quote your name (and order number if possible) each time you make a payment so that we can email you with a confirmation that we have received your payment and the updated balance due
• Once the balance has been fully paid we will post your order ASAP.

What if I have trouble paying the balance off within the time frame?

Please talk to us! If your laybuy is about to expire and we haven't received a full payment, we will email you a reminder. If you need more time for your laybuy payments, get in touch so we can work out something that suits everyone.

If we don't receive a full payment by the expiry date, your order will be treated as cancelled. The payments you have made, apart from the initial non-refundable 20% deposit, will be refunded to you and the item(s) returned to stock.
